me, i keep dreaming im in a super shiny black s5 rx-7 turboII. teins all around, rollcage, 1.5 lsd and short shifter. no upgrades for hp like turbo, exhaust or nothing, just the stock 13b. cruisin mountains of japan with a nice bright red recaro under my ass...

Hell ya i don't have a 240 but i "cheat" on my civic dreaming of a white rx-7 turbo 2 alll done out or a G35 or a 5.0 LX black with 17 chromed R rims lol if you got a fuggin 12 yr old civic STD you cheat alot even though shes my baby.

I don't have a 240 yet (though I do have one I'm considering...not seriously until january...if it's still for sale), but I don't cheat on the 240sx much...I love the car in every sense of the word (not sexual though :P).

Anyhow, there's a few other cars I do really like and would love to own someday...

yea well I must have really cheated on 240's, cuz I bought a 91 rx-7, its not a turbo though :disappoin but its still one bad mother. oh well they can get pretty quick as a non-turbo, I'm thinking 220-230hp and like 200-300 lbs of weight reduction and I'll be in the high 13s, and that is plenty quick for me... heck high 14s would make me happy at this point :iceslolan

actually, my first car was a 240z, which i quickly sold for SX after 8 months.... BUT, recently ive been fantasizing about that built L28ET from 83ZX turbo into that old 72' Z......mmmmmhhmm... so sweet...

By the time I have the Civic paid off, I should have my juris doctorate and a sweet lawyerin' job that'll let me buy any of the aforementioned cars. I want to get a Nissan Altima next probably. I just got into college for Law Enforcement and basically lifes plans have been put on hold for two years. I just want a nice little cruiser I can almost rice out hahaha. I drove a 95 GXE other day and it was pretty nice. hell dare I say it was halfway sporty lol, I didn't test it out at higher speeds so I can't tell how it really does. But then again this isn't a race car. I just want something fairly cheap, 4 door, that is fairly reliable. I might just get some new springs and struts for a performance mod, and I would love to find a 5spd.

me and my girl do it on the passangers side, with the seat all the way reclined.....

same here, put the seat all the way back, lol, or one time in the hatch back folded front seats and put down the back ones...i reccommend no sex in the 240 s X

i had an alty and a max. get a max. very different car... even though the alty was kinda cool. max will get more girls and is a lot easier to clutch in and out. hell i just had two girls pull up to me last nite at a lite and ask if i wanna go for it..... i was too tired :lol2:

ok, u are going to have to resgister the car, and it probably wont pass smog, but thats easy to hook up, but resgistration is one bitch if you are in california, other states should be easy, if u in california i reccomend first REGISTER THE CAR OUT OF STATE, tTHEN BRING TO CALIFORNIA AS AN OUT OF STATE CAR

a LOT more than half grand for shipping from japland to u.s. i paid 550 to ship the z from wisconsin to ohio... and that was dirt cheap. others quoted me 1300. im guessing it costsabout 3-4 grand to ship a car here.

legalizing.... another 3-4 grand. i know that you have to get it emissions legalized (for real, not just high octane stuff or running it hot). it must be documented to pass smog, and then pass it.

registration... 2-3 grand.

it's really not worth it. i looked into importing a skyline because i'll have some extra cash coming up in a week or two, but it will cost around 25000 for the car and another 14-15000 to import the damn thing and get it legalized. no wonder one of my friends bought a new wrx rather than importing something... now i can see why.

why a 97 when you can import a 98? they made the 180s until 98 in japan. that would be an awesome import. i bet you could just take the VIN off your s13 FB and put it on the 180 and then say you converted it to RHD and but a body kit on it. in some states you could get away with that.
