Could this be right, I ran a 13.016 @ 133mph? I asked the race track crew (Carlsbad Raceway) and they said that the trap speed and mph were correct but.... I know I have major traction issues but this was done at about 15psi of boost only. Lexus IS300 with Peter Farrell stage II kit is my setup, toyo 255/35/18 tires for the rear inflated to 30psi.

Damn good run, I don't know if that MPH is right? According to an online racing calculator, that MPH puts you at about 642whp (w/ 3500 lb raceweight). What whp do you think you are putting down?
here's what I ran at Carlsbad two weeks ago. I'm putting down about 340rwhp with a 3700lb race weight.
60'=2.315
330'=5.917
1/8ET=8.828
1/8MPH=85.29
1/4ET=13.474
1/4MPH=105.84
My guess is your trap speed should be about 109-111. That means your car is putting down about 350whp with a 3500 race weight.

Thanks danno, I knew it had to be a mistake cuz I was like there is no way I could have gotten that trap speed. And yest I'm putting down about 340rwhp on my current setup. If I can just get a little bit of traction I should be able to hit high 12's. That run was soooooo close @ 13.016!

That was me (12.9 @ 118.8)
http://www.turboforum.net/lexus/timeslips/071203/run4.jpg
However, I did it making ~500rwhp @ 18psi. Sorry, the car was only dyned at 14 psi and made 448rwhp, so I don't have a 100% accurate number on the power. It had previously made 511rwhp, but we didn't have the boost guage hooked up them ... so it was somewhere in there ;)
Regardless, 13.XX @ 130+ IS possible, but not with the horsepower you are making. A TON of Supra guys who get these HUGE turbo kits and go out on race gas and street tires and haven't been to the track many times end up with figures like that. I believe there was just a post about someone running 14.6 @ 125 or something rediculous like that ;)
Were you watching your speedometer during the run ? What gear did you finish in ? Did you make any other passes ?

03 Cobras have serious tration issues and have lower 1/4 mile times than they should for the speed they get up to.
