2004 Runner Rear Spoiler Installation

Purchased an aftermarket spoiler. It has two mounting holes on each side. The lower mounting hole on each side appears to be problematic because it terminates where the hydralic is on each side of the lift gate. Having a problem securing spoiler because the inability to access the lower mounting holes. The hydralic bracket on the gate is in the way and preventing drilling a hole from the inside side of the gate. Anyone had this problem? Ideas?

Take it to a dealer its not worth the risk.
