Veilside Wings

Has anyone built a custom wing upright? And how thick was the material used. I'm planing on doing the S2000 wing from 2F2F and i can't get the wing to look right. And does anyone have an extra Veilside Wing? I'd gladdly buy or trade for one.

The wing on the S2000 was a CF wing with some odd curvature, so i have no idea about how to get that right, but heres a good place to start...
