Super Street Ads

I was at Borders at the mall the other day, looking at all the magazines I dont have the money to subscribe to, and noticed in super street there are penis enlargement ads. wtf? I realize that many of their readers may be asian, but what exactly are they trying to get at here? Anyone else notice these ads?

just a place because they have empty space...(although i did like their cover story on the HachiRoku).... but alot of car mags do stuff like that...saw it in Road&Track once too...i just tend to overlook them
