hey i was just wondering whaty a transkit is?.... i know this may sound stupid but hey thats my motto...." ill be stupidd even when im not"

transkits turns a model you buy into another version of that car/kit. wether it be adding a bodykit style transkit or changing the trim level of the car. sometimes they are used to turn a stock model car into an example of its race-car bretheren you've seen on the race track. for instance, you buy a tamiya R34 skyline GTR kit. its a stock Nissan skyline. then you can buy a transkit consisting of other bodyparts (front bumpers and side skirts wings etc..) to turn it into lets say a c-west skyline for example.
