What Kind Of Power Would Expect From My LS

90 LS rebuild bottom end,fully ported head,5 angle valve job,dual crowler vsprings titanium retainers,stock cams (for now), cold air, chikara 4 into 2 into 1 toque step header, Ported manifold, Motor mount inserts, short shifter,Msd sci-l,super conductor wire, Moded cap, blaster coil, Act 6-puck sprung disk W/hevy duty pressure plate, Unorthidox crank pully
The head is coming back from the machine shop real soon and I was just wondering how much power I will have and waht kind of times I should be seeing

about 175 hp and 14o ft-lbs of tq. about Stock Integra Type R times.

What C/R do you have and what size bore do you have? Stock? This is needed in tring to guess a hp range, also IMO ditch the crank pulley and leave it stock, if you want the car to last then you need to leave the crank pulley stock. The aftermarket pulleys have no harmonic balancing effect like the stock pulley, so the bottem end will be unbalanced so to speak.

The Bottom end is completely stock (on a budget) ill keep the stock pully cause i havent bought a new one yet and was also wondering about an intake manifold cause I have heard that the 94 95 Ls manifold should work and i could just port that manifold too

JW, do motor mount inserts actually do anything for hp? I dont think they do...

I think they help deliver more torque
