Swapping a b16a into a 91 CRX HF. When I buy the header what vehicle should I reference? I emailed DC Sports and they said any B18 vehicle ( 90-91 Teg, 92-93GS/RS/LS/GS-R..etc) will work, problem is I don't have the cabbage for a DC. I called Hedman and Summit and they didn't have a clue..yes i'm gonna run a Tork Step Chikara. What do you guys think...DC, Hedman...brand name shouldn't matter as far as the application?

Source the header for your B16A from any B16A equipped car. I used the 99-00 Si. I recommend DC, it's a quality product for the money. Be advised, however, that the DC Sports 4-1 header requires you to bash the f*ck out of your crossmember for it to fit (you have to remove it just to install it w/ the motor inside your car). The 4-2-1 DC header should fit fine.
The B18 headers will hang lower, and thus you'll have even more ground clearance issues (the 4-1 B16 DC header is bad enough). They hang lower because the b18 blocks are 7mm taller than the B16. Get a 4-2-1 DC Sports header from an Si and call it a day.
PS- Will you be upgrading to a heated 4 wire O2 sensor...or do you have a chipped ecu that eliminates your secondary O2, so you can just run your single wire primary O2?) :smokin:

If you're not going to get AT LEAST DC, then I don't see the point of even getting one at all. DC is the minimum I would buy. Best header for your money would be a JDM ITR, just a JDM DC header.. Something with the 2.5" collector.

Heated 4 wire O2? Thought I would install 1 O2 near the top of the header and the other near the cat...tapping into existing wire...not plugs but wires.

if you're going to keep the 2 single wire O2 sensors....then you need to have an O2 bung welded in. There is only one bung on the dc header.
