Rear view mirror

My rear view mirror came off when I tried to pull an airfreshner off. I don't know how the hell to get it back on. I have a 97 prelude and it does not glue to the windshield. It connects to the car under the lights. I looks like their is this little clamp that was holding on to the screw on the mirror. How the hell do I get it back on?

Read the manuall iam sure its in there. Your car is new enough that its should have one
