Replace broken 1.9l

You allready asked this question and was answerd.
It does'nt get any easyer than the 2.0 SPI, if you cant handle that swap even with the spoon fed directions than you should let a shop do the work.
The only way it could be easyer is if you just replace it with another 88hp 1.9, but what fun is that?

you could replace it with a 1.8l. it has about 127hp and doesnt use up as much gas as the 1.9l or problaby the 2.0l.

That is really bad information, first off you dont "replace" a 1.8 with a 1.9. It's not as easy as just "replacing" a motor. You will need a complete GT donor car for the motor, tranny, shift linkages, axcels, computer, wiring harness, gauge/dash cluster, and all the little things under the hood like coolent resivors, power steering pumps, lines, altinator, and every thing in and or bolted to the engine bay.
I have a hard time beliving a more powerfull motor will get better milage in the same car. The motor power you make, the more fuel you use.
