zc cuts out

i instaled my dohc zc about 6 months ago and still havent found out whats wrong with it. if i punch it it will bogg out for about 3 sec. then take off. but if i slowly floor it its fine? my a/f ratio gauge goes down all the way wile its doing it so i think its a fuel prob. please help if you have any sugestions i cant put my turbo on till i get i running good. and its very hard looking at a turbo siting in my room.
im useing the 88 integra pg7 ecu

Seems like it would be a fuel pressure problem.
Check the Fuel pressure reg. & vacuum hose
Fuel filter & injectors - a/f guage dont mean a thing

still no luck any other sugestions?
