you must have some very aggresive body kit, otherwise those tail light will look very weird on stock Accord.

see, i don't like because they protrude too much, cylinders sticking out 3"-4" beyond tail light it self. and if look at ferrari's tail lights, they actually recessed.

this is just my opinion.

actually...while you post this...I was already working on it.
I didn't use that picture...I got my own from the main honda.com site.

i'm sorry that the picture was small, but it was that small to begin with.
So I had to work with what I had.
Besides, it's easier to work when the picture is small...yes I know...I cheated :D

I actually like how it protudes outward. it's something new and different.
However, I will have to see on in person to make a final conclusion.

I know that the Ferrari recess inward, which is why I posted a picture of one.
However, I know that the Accord version cannot recess inward because how the trunk is. These are bolt on parts and to have the lights recess inward would require some bodywork and molding the lights in.
Unfortunately, when Honda makes lights that attach to the trunk, they are very thin and there isn't a lot of room to work it.

I wish both the corner and inner lense were just as deep inwards. This would make it more uniform for aftermarket lights; however, it decreses the trunk space :p

i really don't like them. altezza's are better than those IMO

maybe if the red lens was flushed with everything else they would be ok..but thats the only thing thats killing it..the red sticking out like bugged eyes

That looks horrible. Makes the car look like a bastardized Chevy Malibu. Besides, they look like they reversed drinking glasses and glues them on a black plastic contraption.

They look better and cleaner then the certain style altezzas. I'm not against or for them cause I love my S Type :D

I was going to get the carbon Fiber tails for my '98 but these look pretty tight. Plus the fact that you can paint the black part whatever color you want. I think they're piimp. They would look good on my forest green limo tinted anthracite rim sedan. Oh yeah, I can see it now. :smoka:

I think they will look decent on certain colors of stock accords. Such as atlezza's looked good on black accord, i think these new lights will look good on a black accord as well.... i am interested to see what they will come out with next! i thought freaking clear hoods was the height of it... i guess i was wrong.

Other then the actual lens the black part can be painted to match your body colour so at the end it will turn out to kinda look like the Skyline tails.

Even though you can paint the black part, I wouldnt get those unless I had a black or red car. Plus, the protrusion would look odd.

I think that they're ok. I think they would look even better if you add a rear lens cover painted exactly like your whip to make it stick out less.:sun:

I guess it is considerably longer than most people's now. but on PH everyone's was long, so it didnt stick out that much.

There were hella people on PH who had long ass sigs listing their illustrious mods to numerous rides. Where have you been. And I have seen a decrease in the hate compared to PH for this short amount of time Ive been here. I guess we stayed in different threads and saw different people's sigs.

I will consider shortening my sig once again.

Long sigs are like spoilers. Bigger doesn't necessary mean better. :p

All Right! Due to recent discrepencies concerning my signature, I hath made alterations to accomodate the needs of my fellow former PHers.

However, I would like to state that on PH, there were members with sigs listing mods to their cars which were longer than mine.

Also, if you read my sig before I reduced it, you would know that when dealing with spoilers, BIGGER IS BETTER, COOLER, and above all FASTER!!!!:D :cool:
