turn signal switch is acting weird

Maybe someone has run into this problem already, it does it occasionally, you turn the switch on and it will work and then another time it wont or it will cause the opposite side to flash or the lamps will flash but the console arrows will not illuminate.
Any thoughts?

If your hazard lights doesn't work when depress, I think the problem could be the flasher.
