What brake light bulbs?

Ok which brake lights do I use. I bought some 1157 LED brake lights and they don't work once you twist them to lock them in place. But when you set them in and don't turn them they work. Did I get the wrong bulbs?

did u buy the cheap apc ones? cause they dont work when u twist them in, the contacts do not line up

They were $6.99 a piece if thats cheap. I think they are APC now that I think of it.
