I just got some headers for my 1982 231v6 elcamino
pacesetter '70-1093'
they seem not to fit on the passenger side
any others with this problem?

do you know why they are called headers??
cause when and if you get them on you have no hair left on your HEAD cause you pull it all out putting them on

Not sure if this will help, but maybe you may have to hoist the engine up slightly to get it in? Does it look like it's designed correctly to fit? Or maybe you'll have to drop the starter to get it in. Good Luck :)

thanks guys but I basically gave up and put dual exhaust on stock manifolds, did I lose low end torque? you bet. Do I care? not really. The headers will fit buick built v6 engines, and if any of you Jeep guys happen to have a 231 in your cj and need those headers, hit me up.
