Ok guys, I'm kind of confused with a block that I got here (engine swapping  ).
It's a slant six, but that is the only thing I'm sure about :sly:
There are two numbers on it,
2463230: should be 170cid from 1965
FW170R 2972 0259: again 170cid, but F means 1970 right? Wasn't 1969 the last year of the 170? 2972 is 10.000 days calender, about 260 days in 1969 (if i'm right), model year 1970 perhaps :uhoh:
I'm really confused here, most of this points to a 170, but the dates are fucked up.
Any hints to find the actual displacement?
(yes, i'm swapping in a slant six :cwm27: , not really me, my dad got this crazy idea to fit his 198 duster with a 225 and some clifford goodies. I bought myself a '72 challenger instead of that '66 barracuda)
