Hiya everyone,
I spotted this section after reading elsewhere that there were loads of members who have never posted.
So...just to introduce myself, I'm Pete, 27 years old and live in the UK, south of London. I walk to work so for fun/daily user, I have a Rover 220 Coupe (picture of it in my sig). It's the 2.0 litre but not a turbo. I run a web based club for them and know a fair bit about them.
I also have a classic car, a Hillman Imp Californian (coupe version of the standard Imp). This is currently a rolling shell and has has about £2000 spent on it so far. It now needs painting and putting back together and that will cost a further £2000 or more. I have modified it so it now has disc brakes from a ford fiesta on the front and the 875cc engine had been replaced with one from a Sunbeam Talbot and is now 930cc. Sorry for those who are used to cubic inches, I don't know the conversion but it's a very small engine (simillar size to an early mini)
I love all sorts of cars, not just what I own and will no doubt be posting fairly frequently.
Anyways, nice to meet you all.
