rolling fenders the right way.

Anyone have a tutorial on rolling your fenders? Did your paint crack/chip? What's the ballpark cost on getting this done by a bodyshop? I'm looking to fit some wheels under my rear fenders that have a different offset than stock.

I'm not usre what a bodyshop charges but, I'd rather pay them in case anything gets messed up. This way if they fuck up, they fix. Plus it will look better from what I've seen. Some people really butch up their fenders trying to roll them.

My thoughts exactly.. cheap insurance having a shop do it.

OK, dont laugh guys but i did it myself. I have a RSX S and its got the Veilside kit which is widebody, so in order to make the car look presentable I had to add 1 inch wheel spacers all around, hence running into a huge problem with the edge of the tire hitting the fender when cornering hard. I just Jacjed the car up took off the rear tires took out my handy grinder and went to work . I cut tabs of excess fender, then shaved off all excess sharp metal, took a rubber mallot and started folding the tabs back .Now if this isnt rolling your fenders im sorry, but it worked for me!Oh yeah and YES your paint will crack to hell . The only reason i did this was cause i had nice big fender flaresgoing over the fuct up stock fender. This process will leave small creases in the metal on the good side of the fender so dont do it unless u got some fender flares like me!
