can anyone tell me where the turn signal and 4-way flashers are on a 1993 240sx?

Turn signal = Stick on the left of the steering wheel hub behind the actual wheel
4-ways (Hazards) = Button with triangle icon on the top right side of steering wheel hub by a little air vent
Tell me how far off I am from your question lol ... hopefully you were thinking of wiring?
