Prepairung my Model

Hey i was just wondering is anyone could explain how to prepair my model.. in as much detail as possile, as i hope to create a site that teaches people fron the basics to the extreamly hard stuff..

This is what i did..
I filled a bucked with watm water that contains a soap..
I then pleaced the "tree"'s in the water and let them sit for a minute
i then moved them around for 30 seconds then pegged them up on a coveded close line to dripe dry over nie..

any advice or additions...

Next step is to find and remove the seam lines from the car body. The car body is one piece, but is cast from a multi-part mold, so there will be little bits of flash where the mold plates met. You will usually find them along the sides on the hood and trunk, and on the corners of the bumpers. They need to be gently sanded down smooth.

Next for the body is primer and paint. Make one of these (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9857), they help a lot. Take your time, and let the paint dry well.

In the meantime, go to town putting the suspension/chassis/interior together. Spray what you can, but brush painting won't kill you. ;)
