crx need help my tail lights and dash ligths not turning on!!!

need help my crx tail lights and dash and console lights do not turn on, need help fast :frown: !!!!

Mine does that all the time in the winter. Sometimes it takes like half an hour for them to get warm enough to come on.

check all the fuses - possible bad light switch
