can't find 93 Safari Trouble code

I have problems with my van crapping out after driving for awhile. The engine seems to speed up but there also seems to be no power or acceleration. The ABS trouble light comes on and the speedometer ceases to function properly. I replaced the speed sensor but I still get diagnostic codes 72 (AB) and (AH) 37. I can't find these diagnostic codes anywhere.

Please Help anyone?!?!?! :banghead:
