sometimes it starts sometimes it don't

I have currently been having problems starting my pathy. Sometimes when I go to start my pathy it won't turn over at all. The battery is good. I am wondering whether or not it might be the starter or the alarm system. When I turn the key on I just get a click. My radio, lights, and other electronical instruments work just fine. What could it be?? Please help

the bendix in the car's starter or a faulty starter kill relay/install from the alarm. You need to test this wire at the starter. Bring a broom with you the next time it fails. Then have someone try to start it while you tap the starter. That's if you have no way to test it.
