How many Ferrari Modulo proto?

I would like to make a listing of all the Pininfarina Modulo prototype ever made on scale models.

Here are the models i allready listed, could someone help me by completing this list?
Agutti 1/64 (i think)
Corgi 1/64
Politoys 1/43
Pilen 1/43
Plan X43 1/43 (metal kit)

? 1/8 (plastic wireRC model) if you have the name of how made it, i'm interest...

Is there any version in 1/24?

As far as the 1/8th scale, I'm thinking Entex or Revell AG but I'm not 100% on that. Memory slips me but, I distinctly remember 1/12th scale for some reason.
