Car Starting Problem

Hello Ya'll. I dunno whats going on with my car befor i start it, everything works normally. But when i turn the key the car goes completely dead and it makes a noise from the Cpu like the battery is dead and its tryin to move the seat belt. When i unplug and plug the battery back in all the stuff turns on. I got it to push start by poping the clutch once but it wont do that anymore either. Im not to good at explaining things i tried my best. New Battery and New Alternator also so i know its not them. Thanks :evillol:.

check all the connections to and from your battery, check all your fuses, if it still doesnt start, you might want to take your ECU and get it tested! did you ever jump start it?? if you did and the other vehicle was running when you connected the jumper cables to to your car, the cables could have arced and that could fry your ECU, that happend on my cousins car! good luck
