north east shops

i have a friend that just got an rb20 front clip and he asked if i knoew of any shops that can install it. i didn't have any answers for him. we're in pa and even if we had to go out of state, where are there any shops around here that can do rb swaps (or even sr and ca for that matter) that will do the job right? i'm lookin for an experianced shop. not some place that says they can do it even tho they never had.
