the internals of a 3sgte are reliable to 400hp at the crank.
the block is an iron block, very strong, and provided you get a good engine, the block should not by far be a limiting factor in the project
the rod millen pikes peak celica made a 1000hp on a with a 3sgte block.

The internals of the 3S-GTE cyl. block are waay higher than 400BHP. (engine hp)
Look upwards to 800+BHP

you could have the block frozen ive heard itl make the block three times stronger thats if money is no object :evillol:

1000hp? ive never heard of a 3s-gte puting out that much hp... the most is only arround 800hp...
also freezing the block? never heard of it... why would it cost lots of money? i could ship it over to a relative in chicago and have him leave it out in the snow durring winter time, n then have him ship it back... i think ill have to research on that one though...
