if your vehicle didn't come from the factory with rke remote keyless entry. then adding it can only be done by a reputal aftermarket installer and i don't mean pep boys.your vehicle is equipped with a class 2 uart data circuit that the rfa module is in from the factory so cutting into that circuit can cause all kinds of problems.find a reputal aftermarket installer and have it put in but make sure they know what they are doing.also all bonnevilles came with standard keyless entry exept for fleet sales.i take it you bought this used?

YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A DEALER TO BE PROGRAMMED TAKE ALL OF THE TRANSMITTERS WITH YOU BECAUSE WHEN WE ENTER PROGRAM MODE IT ERASES ALL PREVIOSLY PROGRAMMED TRANSMITTERS. THIS HAS TO BE DONE WITH A SCAN TOOL. sorry for the caps i just looked up and didn't realize they were on.

the scan tool i use is called a tech2 it is a dealer supplied tool and sells for around 5,000,00.i am not aware of a generic scan tool wich will program remotes. they still would be rather pricy though.
