2.4L engine horsepower

Hi, I'm looking to drastically increase the horsepower of the stock 2.4L engine. Does anyone have suggestions or know of a series of steps to take to get there. Looking to work with the exhaust, spark plugs, clutch kit, hearders, high flow converter, cam gears, throttle body, and performance plugs. Any other ideas, please feel free to list off. Thanks!
