Anyone have suggestions for my newly purchased 1986 325e?

I have purchased a used 1986 325e. It is in semi good conditions, I have little things to fix which are slowly being done. But, as for the larger problems I’m not sure where to start. The car is all stock with a sound engine. But, as for the larger problems I’m not sure where to start. There are three major things wrong that I need help with:

1) the suspension sways (i was told it may be a bushing)
2) Heater or heater core is dropping anti- freeze
3)My steering has a little bit of play

If anyone knows or can suggested anything for these problems i would really appreciate it.
