Power window for 99 Grand Cherokee

All the power windows in my 99 WJ work fine from the drivers door and each respective door, except the passenger window. When I push the button I can hear a click in the window motor, but the window doesn't budge.
Does anyone know if this is a problem with the motor or if it's something easy to fix if I take off the door panel?

I couldn't figure it out, so I took it to a shop and they found that the motor was bad. I probably could have bought a motor and replaced it myself, but the dealership I bought the jeep from was paying for it, so I had the shop do everything...cost about $230 for parts and labor.
