I'm building a bed. It's going to be the loudest bed around. The problem is how to power my PowerAcoustik: 2 12' subs, 1600W Amp, 4 6x9's, and the head unit...any ideas would be awesome. What I've come up with is using a regular car battery hooked up to a charger and then to the amp, or just the charger to the amp...plus if anyone can tell me exactly how to hook it all together ide really like that.

...i already got all of the components...im waiting till next simester to build the frame...its got chrome accents on all the edges....i might be gettin airride bags just to be funny....i just need POWER...someone help me out

Decided to register to add my 2 cents to this idea: without the expense of buying a moderate amperage voltage converter (prob more than 50 A needed at a guess) get a sizable car battery with an automatic charger (about 4 A+) (You definitely don't want the battery boiling over by overcharging).

Years ago I had a waterbed with 2 (Pioneer TS-W302C 12's) subs against the sides, as well as speakers all round the room... my flatmates preffered i used headphones. A bit much in an old wooden house.
