I have a question off subject....

It seems this is the most active thread on the AF but I posted a thread in the into board and it still hasn't got answered yet. So please don't get mad because I am posting this here. What does the little stars mean below the username and how do I raise them? Do they go up as the post go up?

Yes, they light up as you post more or donate to site.
