95 Riviera Keyless Remote Programming

I bought a remote from ebay for my 95 Buick Riviera. Dealer wants 20 dollars to program it. I searched the web but could not find a procedure to do it. Please help, I dont want to pay 20 dollars.

jump connectors #4 and#8 on the aldl connector under the dash on drivers side with a fused jumper with the key on when you hear the locks cycle press and hold any button on the transmitters until the locks cycle again remove jumper.
