1996 Buick LeSabre won't start

My 1996 Buick Lesabre won't start. I replaced the battery and the starter and still when the ignition is turned all I get is clicking noises. Can someone please tell me what else to do to get it to start?

if the coolant level is low most likely the engine is hydrostatically locked that means the cylinders are full of coolant due to a failure in the upper plastic intake.remove the plugs and and crank the engine if you get coolant from the cyl's thats your problem and gm upped the warranty to 7 years 70"000 miles. tow it to the dealer.
