Just wondering if I should replace the stocker from the head, or run a new one from the filter housing?

It depends on what turbo you are running. For a ball bearing turbo, its often best to take oil from the head and use an inline filter like the sintered bronze earls peice, since they cant take a lot of pressure. For a regular turbo you could go either way (hey, the factory trusted the head feed right?) but its usually best to get it from the filter block. The head is the last place to recieve oil, so its already hot and dirty before it gets to the turbo. Oil from the filter block is cooler and cleaner, and is at higher pressure. Regular bearing turbos like high pressure oil. Feed lines from the filter housing can be bought these days for as little as 40 dollars these days with the average being 50 bucks. Just dont forget to get the plug for the head ;) Hope that helps.
