think my motor blew

well in a few days i am going to take my car to get a diegnostics done. my car still wont start. what i need to know is what are some sighns my motor has seized, about how much would it cost to get fixed. the other thing people on this page have told me is that it could be the starter. what are some sighns my starter might have died. as i said before the only thing my car dose when I try to start it is go click. the motor dose not try and turn over. just click lights work, radio works. i really need your help out there. thanks

first of all is it a 5 speed, if so put it in neutral, have someone pull you to a hill or some place steep... put it in first and start rolling down the hill with the clutch in, after you start to pick up a little speed let the clutch out, but make sure that the ignition is on and give it a little gas, now when the engine starts to turn over if it starts then you know its your starter, but if it doesnt turn over then you know the motors seized, that would be the cheapest way that i can think of right now, you could pull you front driver side wheel off and take of you timing belt covers and try to spin the crank with a torque wrench or a impact wrench... good luck
