The reason no one has done it is cause it cost $16,000 took him a year, and is slower than a stock civic....would be cool to have i suppose but more only after you have a fast civic first

That person has way too much time and money on his hands. Its cool and all but why??? Just go buy a hybrid or something if you so concerned about the environment and all. Props to him of course but it blows my mind why a person would do that. :eek7:
