If i had 13,000 dollars to spend ona VR-4 tell me which years can i afford.

You could get a first gen VR4 in good condition for that :) They can be modded very easily.

I would scratch the first gen idea. (91-93)

You could definately get a 93 for that much and nearly get a 94 VR4 for that kind of money. The reason I say that is I'm planning on selling my 94 and will probably list it around 14K. I havent finished getting the sales blurb put together for it so its not listed anywhere yet.
