Avatar problems

I looked in the forum help, but didn't see anything pertaining to my problem. In my user control panel, under change avatar/ custom avatar, there's nowhere that i can attach a URL or upload a pic. Anyone else have this issue before?

No problems. Just make sure you mark 'Use Custom Avatar' on the avatar area of your control panel

problem is there is no "custom avatar" area, or so thats how it looks

exactly. it's like there's shit missing on the page. i can't even unclick "don't use custom avatar"
