1LE question

could someone in here please explain the 1LE package in full detail. i would like to know exactly what was in the package and what was put on the car. nothing that i have read and no one that i have talked to about it so far has been able to give me a clear answer, so i turn to the ever capable camaro forum readers on AF. thnx

I know that on SS's, it included a Bilstein suspension, which lowered the car a fraction of an inch or so...

Don't know the exact details though...

ive been reading that it also included an aluminum drive shaft...im just trying to piece everything together

Are you talking about 88-92 cars or 93-02?

93-02 to be specific

Good luck dude, if you piece together a 1LE all by yourself and it doesn't fall apart, then you are up there close to god. Well you'll be pretty cool at least.

as of late ive gotten a lot of the suspension stuff from SLP and im workin on savin up for the driveshaft. im prolly not going to be able to get a true 1LE conversion for awhile but its not be as nearly difficuly as i thought it would be...
