???SR20DET question???

hey yo, my dope ride is a sweet 97 Nissan 240sx. what would be the best engine for it, a SR20DET s13, SR20DET s14, SR20DET s15? i know the s15 has 50more HP than the s13 but is that turbo or bore differances. Because im going to swap the turbo for a bigger one and ill change everything else except the block and most of the interior. so what would be the best engine to get for the swap???

S13 is probbly best if you plan to mod your motor its also teh cheapest. i'd get an S14 IMO cause its a lil newer of a motor and probbly has less miles. But if your doing a full rebuild s13 cause of price. Also please never say dope ride kthx.

S14 probably as it is an easy swap, slightly more powerful than the S13, probably fewer miles on it, and it's just as easy of a swap. The S15 requires installing the S15 differential because the speed sensor is located inside, it's not really worth the trouble...

you might also want to check out 240sxforums.com and some of the posts around here because the RB25DET is also a good swap and doesn't cost all that much more. I looked at it and it would only run me about 200-700 dollars more.

s-13 sr20det.. same motors when you mod them they all end up with about the same hp.. so save money and get the S13
