Why do my lights dim severely when I use my power windows? They also go up slowly. I have a fresh battery. Any ideas?

It's due to the amperage draw from the motor straining to move the windows up and down.
Take the door panel off and make sure there is nothing binding the window from moving freely. While your in there it wouldn't hurt to put some white grease on the gears and the rollers that the window tracks slide on.
Another way to verify the window track is the problem without opening up the door panel is to roll the window 3/4 of the way down then have someone push the up button while you pull up on the window slowly to take the extra load of the motor. If the lights do not dim with you "helping" the window then the problem is the motor is being overworked.
If you need any other help let me know.
