Fog light question

Hey guys.

New to this board. But I was wondering ig I can put fog lights on my NON FOGLIGHT mercury couger, 99.

I called the dealership and they said that ford has a kit for it, but it is freakin $265. Is there an alternative. Like an aftermarket kit, that is plug and play??
