1990 Pickup Headlamp Replacement

I know this is elementary, but can someone give me detailed instructions for removing the grille from my 90 Toyota pickup? It has a latch mechanism that can be released with a flat screwdriver, but some of them seem inaccessable. I can't replace the headlamp without removing the grille. If you've done it, please give me some tips.

Yes you can replace the headlamp without removeing the grill.
Just by removeing the two screws on top of the headlamp retaining ring
