blower motor resistor

can anyone tell me where the blower motor resistor is located for a 1999 Voyager? (the fan runs only on high).

It should be in the engine compartment on the top left of the firewall (passenger side). It has a 4 wire connector plugged into it. two screws hold it to the firewall.
