92 HB front conversion to 96-98 front end

What do you need exactly to convert the 92 hatchback front end to the 96+ front end? I know you need fenders, hood, and bumper. Do you need any cutting and welding at all or does the 96 - 98 civic parts fit perfectly?

You need $$ , your hand and tools.. and this is no joke. And yes you need to cutt the hell out of your 92 to make it look like a 96+
