Problem after fueling 2000 Stratus!!

Hi

I have 2000 Dodge Stratus SE with 60K mi. Recently I'm experiencing a problem after fueling the tank to full. Everytime I fill the tank and start driving, the engine is kind of stopping and the car moves in a bumpy motion. (we experience this kinda effect when the car runs out of fuel) and I need to drive that way atleast for a mile. I'm noticing this problem in recent times.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
