Mounting Harness'

Well I think im going to get a set of recaro's for my crx and I was wondering how I am suppose to mount the harness? I've seen it done in a few 4gen hatches but they hook up to the rear seat belts. Well, of course, I dont have seat belts in my crx so I was wondering if there is a certain spot to mount them in the rear? I have the back of my car gutted, so its not like it has to get around my interior.

you could bolt in a harness bar, since your car is gutted i'm sure you wouldn't mind the extra tube running across the back of it

Where can I find a harness bar, and where would it bolt in? Would I have to drill holes? Will it pass state inspection?
