Hey everybody!
Anyway I was just painting one of my Rx7 seats today (waiting for Mr muscle to pound the primer off the shell). I primered it before (beats me why I did it, considering it doesnt help a bit). Anyway after about the 5th coat the paint was finally thick and nice, but once it dried and I held up the seat into the light, I could see the paint marks on it... How do you guys deal with this? For me it doesn't happen with all paints, just this black XF-1 paint. The Red and aluminium went on without a problem and all even and stuff...
Should I sand down the paint with 2000 grit? Or just keep applying thin coats until its even?

all the xf paints i just brush straight onto the plastic. no primer. make it thick as it dries smooth and work with a large soft brush.

check out my subaru interior. took me about an hour all in.
